Gustavsfors Kanotuthyrning is a family owned canoe renting that has been located in Gustavsfors since 1985.
It is located in the center of Dalslands and Nordmarkens lake system in the old factory village Gustavsfors. Due to it's location in the center of the lake system "DANO" Gustavsfors Canoe Rental is the ideal starting point for canoeing in Dalsland and you will have an amazing wildernes adventure.

Our very competitive prices will stand for a comparison with the prices of other canoe rental in the area.

It is possible to order transport of canoes and equipment, for our guests, to any startpoint in the lake system of Dalsland and Nordmarken "DANO". We give tour proposals for canoeing in Dalsland and we will give you help with your planning

The canoe central is located by Dalslands Kanal north of the lock in Gustasfors, the place where we have our canoes, give information and we will help you to get the most out of your stay. At this site we can also offer you parking for your car, camping for 1 night and there is a container for garbage.

It's also close to the "lanthandel" (local store) where you can buy your supplies.

Café & Restaurang Brukshandeln

Brukshandeln in Gustavsfors is an old building from the time when Gustavsfors was a place for factorying of iron and paper pruducts.

We have now a summer café & Restaurant in this house, it is open every day during June, July and August from 8,30 am to 10,00 pm.

We serve breakfast from 8,30, you can have lunch from 11,30

In the evening we have an "A la Carte" meny. It is also possible to have beer, wine and drinks from 11,00 til we close in the evening

This is the canoe race where you can test your capability and at the same time have an expieriance you never will forget

When you pass Gustavsfors the half distance is done. We have a price of 1000 sek in the class K1 and K2 for you who pass our canoe rental first.

The Café Kanalkanten is open during the competition where your freinds can see the competitors pass.
